Dont worry that account would haave been included in the Bankruptcy
the same happened, and is still happening with me with Abbey, the OR told me to take my certificate of bankruptcy to a local branch and they would have to remove the charges and then decide whether to let you have the account.

Just makee sure the company concerned is aware of your bankruptcy because they too, can charge you.

Best of luck, hope that helps

Thanks, does the fact that I only went overdrawn after I went bankrupt make any difference.

No, the account should have been frozen on the day you went BR so nothing should have gone in/out of the account since that day. You can either:

- Give them a call and advise them you have been declared BR
- Send them a copy of the certificate
- Ignore them and wait for the OR to contact them regarding your BR in 6 weeks or so.

Either way it is nothing to worry about and you won't be liable for the charges.
