I have recently made some enquiries regarding bankruptcy assistance services. The prices range from 300 up to 600. I just wondered if anyone knows of any particular reputable companies that offer this service at a lower price as I am unemployed. thank you.

Hi,
The only reputable companies I am aware of are RevivaUK, Jones Giles and England Jackman & Spacey who all post on this board and are highly regarded. I am not too sure on their prices but you could always contact them via their websites for a quote.
The CAB will be able to assist in completing the forms and their advice is free. People on this board can also offer advice regarding the forms and which details need to be listed in which section.
Is it assistance with completing the forms that you need or were you looking for a 'complete' BR assistance were someone goes to the court with you? |

To be honest unless your case is particularly complicated (loads of assets etc) there isn't any need to pay anyone to help you go BR. I completed the forms online, and while they look daunting they aren't too bad once you get going. You can do a bit at a time and save it as you go, and amend it if necessary.
If you need any help with the forms post on here and there is always someone who can help you.
