Once in an IPA for 3 years, and discharged what are the restrictions, re;; wage rises and bonuses does the OR have rights to these monies?? If so at what percentages??
Wage rises unless they are exceptional, would be mopped up with the usual increases in expenditure that occur with price rises etc. In terms of Bonuses you should declare these, and they would usually ask for around half.
