I won a judgement against someone that filed bankruptcy, my order says proceedings stayed default judgement entered, can I collect this debt?

if the debt was prior to bankruptcy than it will be included in these affairs.

you should place a claim with the official receiver to ensure that if there are any funds available then you would receive your pro rata share after costs

Sorry, the bankruptcy was 2 months prior to the judgement
