I am about to go Bankrupt, with a view to joining my Australian girlfriend in Australia at some point in the future - sooner rather than later. Does anyone know when you are permitted to leave the country as a Bankrupt? Before you are discharged? After? This may be a question for the OR but I would prefer to know before. Any ideas?
