Rent - £450
Housekeeping - £185
Heating - £50 - this seems quite low
Water - £17
Conncil Tax - £60
Telephone (landline) - £35? - this should be ok
Mobile Phone - £35? - this may be disallowed as you have a landline
Clothing - £49? - I was allowed £50 but some people have less
Car Insurance - £22
Petrol - £70
Car Tax - £11
Car MOT/Repairs - £12? - this seems quite low
Haircut - £10? - ok
Contents Insurance - £7? - ok
TV Licence - £12
Payment Holiday/Xmas/Birthdays - £20? - put it down as holiday as you probably won't be allowed Christmas / birthdays

Total
= £1,045

Sorry, I didn't see your last question! I wouldn't worry too much, you don't need to wear a suit or anything like that. I just wore my normal work clothes as I was going back to work straight after.

Is the £35 the limit for phone costs for a single working person, or has anyone been allowed more?

We were allowed £50 per month for BT and hubby was allowed his contract mobile at £35 per month as he needs it for work. I have a PAYG and only spend about £5 per month on it, so was allowed this too.

I wore smart black trousers and a shirt for court, not jeans.
