Hi, I been made bankrupt in December 2008. I have received a letter from OR to complete and sent a "receipts and payments account" with vouchers showing the spending of £75000 received in 2007 from First plus.
Only £26000 received to my account and the rest paid directly to my creditors (Credit cards)to consolidate my debts. And I spent the 26K in the business to pay for goods and rents etc. I do not have any receipts or vouchers because all my files were missing during the clear up at the shop closure.

Can any one help me on this. I have to complete this by 8th July.
Many Thanks

Try and get copies of the statements as RHB says but you may not receive them by the 8th July. If you don't just let the OR know that you have tried to obtain copies but haven't yet received them. The OR is able to get any statements, etc. from creditors so it won't be a major issue.
