me and my ex wife have a joint mortgage but is no longer together! we couldnt get her name off the mortgage as im in the arears. me going bankrubt, would this affect her in any way? such as would they take things from her? many thanks.

yes, the mortgasge company will want arrears & payments from her once you are BR

Any joint debts will defer to her so the mortgage company will chase her for the repayments.
