Not living in the UK but where my mailing address for all my CCs is lived in by my father. They recently called him and left a message saying they would send bailiffs and wiretap his phone?

Is that legal?

I am in the process of going BR with an IP.

No they can't. It's just scaremongering.

They shouldn't do that, especially as your BR is nothing to do with your father.

I would complain if I were him.

Those sort of tactics are dreadful
