I had early discharge in March 09 but still pay an IPA. My partner (who is not bankrupt but obviously his contribution was included in the bankruptcy forms) has been made redundant. Is there anything I can do about this as obviously we are now relying on my wages and they aren't covering the bills with my IPA?

I'm sorry to hear about your partner being made redundant Maizie.

You need to either contact Moon Beaver or the OR/RTLU dealing with your IP and ask them to reassess your payments. I found the RTLU more helpful than MB.

Good luck x
