if you haven't paid income tax for 10 years and have now idea of how the hell you are going to manage to even start repayments ,would it be a bankrupcy situation
If any individual has debts which they cannot afford to pay has the option of bankruptcy. How on earth have you managed to not pay tax for 10 years? Your first course of action would be to discover how much you actually owe, and to do this you are going to have to contact the Inland Revenue and discover the extent of your debt
