hi,please help me.my question is can i go home to my country after my bankruptcy processing finish?i want to have a rest for atleast 6 months and come back again.will my OR allow me?
You can leave the UK whenever you want and do not need to wait for a certain amount of time after declaring BR to leave the country. There is nothing stopping you declaring BR one day and then travelling back to you country the next. You will need to inform the OR of any contacts details that change during your BR period but other than that there aren't any restrictions on travel when BR.
