hi to all,i want to fill a bankruptcy.my car is on a finance,im paying £98 a month which i still got 10 months left to pay.can i keep that one and continue paying for it.will my or allow me?

the finance company called london&surrey.the car worth £1700 when i took it.probably the car value is worth just £1200 now maybe.its nissan almera 2001 m reg.i used my car to go to work,i live in tolworth and my workplace is in claygate.i want to keep it also because when my kids come to this country i can easily get them from their mum.thanks
