i am a pensioner in debt to yhe tune of £10000.oo that ican no longer repay.I have no assets. Can i make myself bankrupt

Hi there, yes you can petition for bankruptcy yourself, either contact your local court, or go in and request the paperwork required.

There are lots of helpful people available to guide you through the situation, Hopeflly you will get a message from one very soon.

This site has given me many answers to questions i have about bankruptcy, thanks to all for using this wonderful forum!!
