I work as an IT contractor with the majority of contracts requiring you to contract through your own ltd company as a director.

I have recently been declared bankrupt (via involvement in a seperate failed property business) but have been told by the OR to cease trading through my IT company (completely unrelated).

As my IT company is only really there as a means to get paid (i.e. it does not contract services or require borrowings) would the court be likely to allow me to continue being a director in this circumstance?
