I am filling in the Bancruptcy form but am stuck on one question which I dont understand.. Number .3.6 In the last 2 years have you made any payment to a creditor, other than in the ordinary course of business, with a view to improving the position of that creditor in case you became subject to insolvency/bankruptcy proceedings?
What this means is - have you repaid one creditor at the expense of another (ie used a credit card to clear another debt just so that crreditor is not part of your bankruptcy
