Hi. I went bankrupt last week and have received a letter from the OR requesting the last 12 months bank and credit card statements. I am going to have to explain every entry on the bank statemnts or will it just be for items over a certain amount?

it depends what sort of spending it is, for example if there was lots of entries for gambling etc.
I would read all your statements carefully before sending off & keep a copy so that if the OR does ask you questions about particular entries you will be better prepared for giving them answers- and you'll be less flustered also!

You should send in whatever statements you have and if you need to request old copies it may be easier for you to let the OR to request these dirctly from the banks
