 i went bankrupt on march 24th this year.

i went bankrupt on march 24th this year. since then ive had one phone call which was two days after. three weeks ago i received a letter informing me that the O.R. was applying for E.D. which i had to fill another I.E. form in. could anyone please advise me what will happen now? (no ipa) thanks tim.

Fill the form in and send it back, it could result in an IPA being sought or it could not

Then you have to wait and if you are lucky you may get ED

It sounds like the OR has completed your case. When applying for an ED it is normal to receive another I&E form so don't worry about it. Unless your financial circumstances have changed you can just put the same amounts that were agreed with the OR during the interview.

Check the Insolvency Register (http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir/) on a regular basis as you don't always receive a letter saying that you have been discharged when it is ED.
