My husband and I both went BR on 23rd March 09. We are keeping the house and mortgage so got a valuation and were going to buy the BI at the end of this month (got the offer from the OR), however this morning my husband (not me!) received a EDREV form with a new I&E form to fill in. The majority of the debt was in my name, is this why I havent received a EDREV? Im worried also about the OR re-assesing our I&E as currently we dont have to make any payments. I would rather stay BR for the whole year without a PO than attempt early discharge and occur one! (If that makes sense!)Does he have to fill this form in? If he is discharged early how does this effect us buying the BI? Thanks!
I asked our OR what happens if ED before we complete buying back BI he said not a problem it will still all go through in its own time,just send of cheque and forms, so dont worry .
