i am thinking of going bankrupt, i have no real income from my bussiness but have major debt.. i want to know what will happen with a website i am having built.. this is a site my mother has paid for and is being built at the moment but has no income and is not even finished, its in my company name.. will this be seized as a asset even tho its not started yet etc
I doubt if websites are considered assets. The thing you need to ask yourself is could the OR make any money by selling the website to someone? If so, then it would be an asset and could possibly be sold.
