| well i go for my hearing tomorrow and it is now 1.15,and technically that makes it today omg!! i am so nervous my butterflies have butterflies,reading nicdavies post made me feel loads better as she was one of the first people to reply to me and she was at the same court now yesterday! please let it go well for me too!!! will let you know tonite hopefully how it goes! i am going to try and get some sleep now, if not i will be back!!! even facebook not appealing tonite!!! only here!!! |

| Good luck Morwenna - yes, i was the same, very nerous, but once she checked the form and i handed the money over, i felt better. I was in there at 9.10, came out at 9.20,then had to hang around the centre of Bristol for 2 hours. Went back in around 11.10, then we waited til about 11.30 to get the bankruptcy number. The waiting around was the hardest part i thought!! Hope all goes well. |

| went much better than i thought and i have already had phone call from insolvency agent to make appt for next week for interview!!! was very surprised at how quick they were!!! he did say they might take my van as an asset tho which surprised me as it is LDV minibus p reg worth if i am lucky £800??? whats that about??? did sa |

Don't worry about what the OR says regarding vehicles and IPAs during the interview as this isn't set in stone.
After the interview the ORs recommendations for the IPA and vehicle go to their supervisor and they make their decision. There have been people who have been told that they would have an IPA only for it never to happen and vice versa and the same with a car/van being taken by the OR. |
