help please,in my dmp monthly statement i see the amount i owe to my creditors.can i just copy those and put it in my soa under list of creditors?is that alright?
That should be fine. The figures that you put on the SOA do not need to be 100% accurate as the OR will contact your creditors to find out the exact amount during their investigations.
Hi there as gettinoutofdebt states, the OR will do their own enquiries as to exact balances, but they will need a full list of names of creditors and relevant reference numbers

I know that feeling with credit card companies . They have a habit of raising the interest rate when they have got you by the b*lls. They know very well that you will never be able to pay the full amount off and will have to pay the high interest rates on the monthly amounts.
I suppose it makes good business sense but morally it is a bit suspect, which is probably why people don't feel guilty about defaulting on these companies.
I did one through a fee paying company and interest and charges were frozen from day one. It was just going to take too long to pay off, which is why I changed.
Sometimes, CCCS and Payplan are not good at getting these things stopped, and if you try to do it yourself you can still have problems.
