I have mortgage arrears and negative equity plus about £30,000 of unsecured debt. I have decided to go br. Should I let GE reposess before I put in my petition, if I have somewhere to move to, or after? Thanks.

It matters not when the Repo happens with regards to the BO, any shortfall will be included in the bankruptcy. The point is to to stay in the property until you have somewhere else to go
