help please,i am going to stay in my country for about a year after a month i declare br..i dont have work back home,meaning i dont have any income.will i have a problem with the OR about this and will they ask me again to make another I&E?

There won't be a problem with you returning to your country once your are BR. You will need to keep the OR informed of your contact details.

Complete your current I&E on the SOA and then once you return to your country, let the OR know and tell them that you don't have any income and they will probably send you another I&E to complete.

i usually send money to my 2 kids.if the or will ask me how are we going to survive there.can i say i want to look for a job there but the salary is too low,like £90 a month.its only enough for food and for the kids.is this alright to him?

That will be fine. The OR will realise that different countries have different salaries and costs of living.

The OR won't ask how you intend to survive on a certain amount of money. They will only be interested in whether you have any assets that can be sold and a disposable income that is high enough for an IPA to be implemented.

If you are returning to your own country shortly after the interview then the OR may send you an I&E to complete but that will probably be it. They will only contact you if they have any questions that they need answering during their investigation of your finances.

After the OR's interview the only time that you really hear from the OR is to implement the IPA, if you are buying the BI in your property or if your income changes and you need to complete another I&E. They are so busy at the moment so won't contact you unless it is really necessary.
