I rang the court this morning and cannot get an appointment till 25th September. She said to just take one copy of the forms as they would print off anything they needed there and also not to take the statements etc just the fee. You have both sort of pre-empted my next question which was should I carry on paying people off. I have moved my direct debits for insurance etc to hubbys account plus the standing order for the rent. I just dont know if I can handle the phone calls chasing money or perhaps they wont start for a month. Is the date I go to court my bankruptcy date i.e. can I quote that to anyone who rings for money. I just wish it was sooner, I was all geared up for it, now panicking.
