HI, I have been managing so far to pay my debts by living on my overdraft and everything coming of that. I am pregnant and I'll be going on leave indefinately and I won't be ale to afford to pay anything anymore - what would you advise in my situation?

Hi,

How much are your debts? Do you have any assets which would be at risk if you went bankrupt?

Bankruptcy is an option you can consider, the forms can be filled in online and it will cost you £510 in court costs.
