Did you ever see your name in the Local Herald in the end..?? It seems like there are less and less names there in the last few months..? Did your OR mention anything about this to you??
The OR no longer advertises debtor petitions bankrupty unless he/she sees the need to do so (ie someone who has been trading)That is why you are seeing less adverts in household debt cases (majority of debtors petitions)
