Hi

Usually its 8 weeks afterwards, the creditors are given 6 weeks to reply to the OR regarding whether they agree or not to your ED (its unusual that they dont agree) and then the OR needs time to complete the report and file it with the courts.

Best of luck

Keep checking the Insolvency Register (http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir/) as you don't always get notification from the OR.

As soon as it is on there, then print it off as Skippy has mentioned before so that you have something to send to the credit agencies and anyone else who needs to see it.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time

Legally, the OR has to give creditors 28 days (plus 7 leeway for post, so 35) to send back any objections. Then it goes to court to get stamped. OR told me 6 weeks minimum.
