hi just wondering how long i will have to wait for the or to get in contact ie my pack come through the post with interview date ?

also had a letter come through the post today saying that i own my old morgage company £10,500 i hand back my keys about 18months ago and the house sold about 12 months the funny thing is i rang the company end of last year and asked if we owed any money after the sale and they said no but now all of a suddon they say we owe them money could this be because they have seen that we have gone br just we have had no contact from them in the past 18 months .
we also didnt put this on our s.o.a. form is this going to be ok to inform the or when we have the interview as we did not no about this before hand ?

It can take anything up to a week or so to get an appointment letter from the OR (bearing in mind the bank holiday next week add a couple of days on...
When you have the appointment with the OR let them know the contents of the letter (send them a photocopy, add you court name & ref so they can identify you) and ask for it to be added to your 'estate' no worries it will be included

Hope this helps
