good morning all,
I have posted recebtly about my wife buying the BI in our BTL - we had a B178 notice recently and my wife has now spokwen to the OR.
My wife is hopeful that she will now be able to buy the BI.
One thing that occurs to me is the name of the landlord on the tenancy agreement. I am assuming that my name will have to be removed as the interest is currently with the OR, is that correct?
I confirm that we have already since my BR arranged for the mortgage to be paid from my wifes account - do we need to do anything else?
