 Hi, I was made bankrupt on the 28th May this year

Hi, I was made bankrupt on the 28th May this year and i recieved my tax credits award notice this morning and im owed money from them for the period 26th April 2008 to the 3rd February 2009, Im just wondering if i have to put it towards my bankruptcy or tell my official reciever or because its Tax Credits am i allowed to keep it? You need to tell them as it could be argued that if you'd had it at the time the creditors would have received some. whether they will take some or all of it I dont know
