Alongside my income I received child benefit child tax credite and disability living allowance for one of my children.Do all of these benefits contribute to household income. My partner is unemployed and claims carers allowance for our son.Does the offical receiver take into account that the disability living allowance is given to provide money for extra support and care for my son

Child benefit seems to be taken as income by some ORs and not others. Child tax credits is counted as income but I am not sure about disability living allowance.

If your husband is only claiming benefits then he won't be eligible for an IPA.
