Hi,
I was filling out my BR form last night, and in the section where it says to list the creditors I put in the collection agencies details, is this ok or do you have to put the original company that you owe money to, also some of my debts are 4 years old and I am not sure of the exact dates to put in the date incured section.
On the I & E section it does not have a box to put child care costs or hair cuts, do you just write this on, also I put down £80.00 for clothes for me and my daughter, do I need to write next to the box that this is for two of us |

I just put the original creditor on the form and then mentioned to the OR about the collection agency. I also phoned the collection agency after being declared BR to let them know and they said 'OK, we will let the original creditor know' so I don't know whether the debt is completely sold onto the collection agency or not.
You don't need to put that the I&E is for two people as in section 10.2 it asks for details of any people that are dependant upon you and you can put your daughter's details in here. |

Will it be ok to leave the form as it is with the collection agencys details in there or will I have to get a new form and fill in the original companys details?

| If you have already put the collection agency on the form then leave it as it is. You will have the account number and amount outstanding, which is fine and you can mention to the OR during the interview who the original creditor was. |
