Hi Can anyone tell me what the average time is between declaring BR (court date) and the OR inerview. I am in the St Albans area ,if anyone has filed for bankrupsy at this court and can give me the approx time scales i would be grateful
I didn't declare BR in your area but it's normally about 2 weeks after declaring BR that you have the interview. You should definitely hear from the OR within 2 weeks and if you don't then should give them a call.
You may be one of the lucky one's and have a very straightforward case that doesn't require an interview.
