I have a number of creditor I am dealing with I also owe a lump sum to my parents and to a familt friend. Would these sums be included in my bankruptcy?

Hi - an expert will be along soon but I am fairly certain they are listed with your other creditors.

you should put all your debts down on the Statement of affairs including family & friends.
