CCJ Default

I have defaulted ( if thats the right term for just not paying ) on a CCJ and have had bailiffs round. I am however moving in one weeks time and will be filing for bankrupcy shortly. Will bankrupcy save me from the CCJ providing I can avoid bailiffs or will I still be in trouble ?

My partner is self employed, is it possible for her to continue in business after going bankrupt ? she is a travel consultant and not a ltd company or anything.

I'm not sure about this one. Try contacting Jones Giles and/or RevivaUK as they will have more experience of this issue:
