hi,
i am now a discharged bankrupt,
the trustee requires £25000 as my share of equity in our house(me + wife), does this have to be paid in one lump sum or would the trustee take payments monthly.
before bankruptcy i was in an iva but we had a joint bank account which the debt was passed to my wife who ended with a default for it so we can not get a remortgage or loan to raise this £25000.
