Hi all,

Myself and hubby are due to be automatically dicharged on 4th Novemeber 2009, does the insolvency register automatically update these details on the day of discharge or does this take some time.

We were told back in may we qualified for ED and filled in all forms but to date have heard no more and are still BR so I guess as we are so close to N0v 4th we will just get automatic discharge.

I must say although it has been stressfull still the best thing we did as no where near the same amount of stress pre- bankruptcy, and the year has actually flown by.

I would recommend it to any one.

Thankyou

Michelle

Have you checked to make you've not already been discharged ? We weren't told of ours, it just happened. Check on http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir/IIRMasterPage.asp

The register will automatically update after a day or so after being discharged and then after 3 months you will drop off of it completely.
