| hi, i was working for a company, during this time i took out bank loans totalling 20,000 pounds, i was expecting to work until im seventy, unfortunately my company made me redundant, i have payment protection on the loan but it only last 12 months ending june 2010. i am now getting pension credits, and not able to get work. my birthdate is 16-05-1946. would i be eligable to declare myself bankrupt, thank you, patrick |

| you can make yourself bankrupt if you do not have enough income each month to satisfy the required payments to your creditors, which would seem to be the situation in your case. Please be aware that bankruptcy should be a last resort and should only be considered after seeking advuce, The CAB,CCS or national debtline will do this for free. But do feel free to ask any questions on here as well |
