we have a caravan on hp and are returning it to the finance company but before they can take it they need my husband to sign a sheet. Does anyone know what this would be for?
it may have a clause stating you will cover any shortfall after they have sold it if it does do not sign it or cross out that bit and then sign it and have a copy
