Good Morning All.

I have a quick question. I was made BR is July 2008 and was discharged in July 2009. However during all my time in BR, and up until now I have been unemployed. I have been advised that as I have been unemployed during this time I dont not have to pay anything to the OR, is this correct?

Many THanks

As you are unemployed and unlikely to have any disposable income, it wouls appear that the OR has decided not to take any money from you. You are now discharged from bankruptcy, the OR can not come after you to make any payments.

All the very best

if an IPA had been set up it would have had to be done whilst BR, and you would have known about it.
as you where unemployed you would not have eligible for an IPA
as Blackie has said now you are discharged you can earn what you want or win the lottery, it is all yours, spend it wisely.
