Would Bankruptcy adversley affect an application for Indefinite leave to remain in UK, (NOT CITIZENSHIP) and can outstanding CCJ's be included in the Bankruptcy??

I am not too sure about the Indefinite Leave but I would say that it shouldn't affect the application as declaring BR is not a crime.

I think outstanding CCJ's can be included but it may depend what they were for.

CCJs for debts are included and wiped in BR as long as it is not for CSA payments, fines, TV licence arrears or student loans
