does anyone know if you can include mobile phone contartcs in bankruptcy. our bills are getting higher and higher and we cant really afford them both.

There is absoutley no problem in bringing in the outstanding contract and balance into the bankruptcy and taking out a 'pay as you go' phone

thank you melanie. we are not in arrears with them yet but i think we will be by the time we go bankrupt, we are already in overdraft and trying to save up for B fees is proving difficult. tahnk you for your help . Amy
