does anyone know if you can include mobile phone contartcs in bankruptcy. our bills are getting higher and higher and we cant really afford them both. x
There is absoutley no problem in bringing in the outstanding contract and balance into the bankruptcy and taking out a 'pay as you go' phone

thank you melanie. we are not in arrears with them yet but i think we will be by the time we go bankrupt, we are already in overdraft and trying to save up for B fees is proving difficult. tahnk you for your help . Amy
