Dear Forum

Hope you're all well!

So it's been a while since I last posted on here, almost a year in fact!

I just wanted to share my fantastic news with everyone that I am now officially Discharged from my Bankruptcy as of 05/01/10!

Woohoo!

Looking back, on the whole everything has been pretty straightforward and although I am not proud that I let myself get into the situation which eventually led to me going BR, under the circumstances it was my only realistic option and I am glad that I took the decision to go ahead and get a fresh debt-free start to my life again!

I will never allow myself to get into that situation again and am now looking forward to being able to build a more solid and positive future without any debt.

In my experience, the hardest part was actually making the decision to go ahead with the BR but the whole process itself was very smooth and painless!

After my initial OR Interview I never heard from them again and just checked the IS website to find that I am now Automatically Discharged!

Hope this helps with anyone else who may be considering taking the plunge!

Thank you for this, I am terrified, but it's good to know that it can be a positive experience in a sense!
