Posted - 25 June 2008 : 14:38:01 Hi - don't forget the OR will look at your financial activity in the run up to going BR (if you go that route) they won't like a big spending spree and you may get a BRU/BRO that restricts your future credit for years...and years.......

Posted - 25 June 2008 : 13:36:55 Mancunian You naughty boy, I hope you are not inferring that you intend to avail yourselve of £80K worth of credit just because you can. Of course it would be much easier to get a good IVA with only £19K of debt.
