I'm currently in about 19,000 debt but have credit available mainly thru credit cards and that could take this up to 100,000.

Could you give me any pro's and con's of

IVA/ Bankrupt @ 19k

or

100k

many thanks

You naughty boy, I hope you are not inferring that you intend to avail yourselve of £80K worth of credit just because you can.
Of course it would be much easier to get a good IVA with only £19K of debt.

Hi - don't forget the OR will look at your financial activity in the run up to going BR (if you go that route) they won't like a big spending spree and you may get a BRU/BRO that restricts your future credit for years...and years.......

Have a look at the Insolvency Service website - http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/databases/ddirector/brobrusearch.htm

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
