Posted - 25 June 2008 : 15:56:15 if u have a wife/ husband/ partner as a secondary card holder and they spend up and do a runner (primary card holder is liabel) ,,, how is this looked by the authorities? IVA or the Bankruptcy people? |

with the increase in divorces / splits. I wondered where people stood if they were the victim because most credit cards I have seem to really promoting this now...WITHOUT reminding Primary holders that all the debt is theres!

Posted - 25 June 2008 : 20:16:43 remember Mancunian that if you spend money on your credit cards that you have no intention of repaying (by the means of BR) then that could be looked on as fraud and a prison sentance. |

I am getting a little concerned about the direction of your posts. You seem to be looking for a way to spend your remaining credit without being liable.
If you need genuine help, I would be glad to help.
However I don't think it would be right for me to provide information on a theoretical basis that could be used to cheat the system that is there to help those in genuine debt distress.
