Can creditors get together and apply together?
ALSO If you are absent do things just carry on and get decided for you?

Posted - 25 June 2008 : 21:39:05 Creditors can get together and petition for your bankruptcy, and the rules for petitioning generally are covered within the Insolvency Act 1986.
If you are absent from a creditors petition hearing, it is almost certain that a bankruptcy order will be made against you.
