Is there any general rule when any particular Creditor will apply for your Bankruptcy?

Can creditors get together and apply together?

ALSO If you are absent do things just carry on and get decided for you?

Creditors can get together and petition for your bankruptcy, and the rules for petitioning generally are covered within the Insolvency Act 1986.

If you are absent from a creditors petition hearing, it is almost certain that a bankruptcy order will be made against you.
