Posted - 26 June 2008 : 22:42:45 You don't need passport or ID because you are swearing on oath that you are who you say you are, so the forms you refer to and £495 cash for each applicant is all that you will need.

you need to take the Statement of Affairs ( 32 pages ) AND the Debtors Petition ( 2 pages ) to court.
The fee is 495 unless you are in london and it is just over 500.
all the other statements / etc should be made available to the Official Receiver and can be done after you have spoken to them
